Do I have to have new wiring?

New
premises in some cases will require new wiring, some will
not. We will utilise existing wiring where we can and only
provide new wiring if necessary. This will be a large cost
saving.

I have heard of ISDN2, what is it?

ISDN2
is a digital service which works on the telephone lines, carrying
voice, data, i.e. the transfer of files at high speeds on
the telephone network. It has almost instant call connection
and has enhanced reliability with high transmission speeds.
It minimises the cost of calls and data transfer. It can be
used for fax, video conferencing and remote surveillance.
It can also be used for remote network access (Home Working)
and as a back up to private circuits(leased lines), and of
course last but not least, telephone calls.

If I have existing special services, i.e Call Diversion, Voice
Mail, can I still use ISDN2?
